What we need from you:
~ Boarding Contract, Owner Information and Pet Information forms are to be completed and also received 48 hours prior to arrival. A separate Pet Information form needs to be completed for each dog. Just click on each of the form names above and you will be re-directed to each form.
~ So as not be overly disruptive to the guests in the kennel, all drop-offs and pick-ups are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, during specified morning and evening hours. (If you are more than 10 minutes later for a SCHEDULED appointment, I cannot guarantee that someone will be available for the pick-up or drop-off. You will then have to move your appointment to the next available time frame. If you are more than 10 minutes late and/or if special accommodations need to be made (and can be made) due to a late arrival, an additional $20 fee will be applied.)
Typically, hours available for appointments are Monday-Saturday 8:30am-9:00am or 4:00pm-5:00pm and Sundays, 4:00pm-5:00pm. Times are subject to change depending on our schedule.
~ All guests are required to be current on all vaccinations, to include Rabies, Distemper, Bordatella and Canine Influenza, with veterinary records faxed or emailed 48 hours PRIOR to arrival. We also require that all guest be on heartworm and flea/tick preventative.
~ We do ask that you bring your dog's own food. PLEASE make sure you bring enough food!
~ Any medication or supplement MUST be individually divided using pill bags or other containers.
~ Collar and leash - We REQUIRE that all dogs be on a leash at all times when outside of the Inn. We have several farm animals and for the safety of all animals, all dogs must be leashed.
~ Any comfort items that will help your dog be more comfortable. We do not offer laundering services, so please keep that in mind when bringing blankets, etc.
~ Toys and chews are welcome, however, NO RAWHIDES! And please no tennis balls.
~ The dog. Don't forget the dog!
